The Alto-Shaam GS22952 Oven Door Gasket forms a sealing barrier around the door opening of compatible commercial oven equipment. Its four-sided construction follows the perimeter of the oven door, while the 19-1/2-inch by 28-inch dimensions correspond to the specified gasket size. When the door is closed, the gasket sits between the door and cabinet frame to limit heat and air leakage from the cooking chamber.
