Description
An andon management system lets plant managers track, log, and close out equipment downtime and line disruptions with far more precision than a paper log ever allows. When escalation channels are disorganized, minutes slip by before the right team even hears about a stoppage, and those minutes add up over a shift. Automated dispatching combined with a historical downtime record makes root cause analysis something you can actually do, rather than guess at. Soft Designers builds management software aimed at helping plants get more consistent uptime out of the equipment they already have.
