Description
An Andon monitoring system logs every alert, how often the line stops and how long it takes for help to arrive, which makes recurring root causes easier to spot. Lean manufacturing depends on evidence of why lines stop and how quickly support responds. With operator callouts recorded for review after each shift, supervisors can work through bottlenecks one by one and steady their daily output. Soft Designers provides an Andon monitoring system that captures operator calls so teams can support continuous improvement with real data.
