The Bakers Pride 21880662 Radiant Cast Iron component is used in compatible commercial cooking equipment to transfer and distribute heat across the cooking area. Measuring 22-1/2 inches, its cast iron construction provides a substantial heat-transfer surface positioned within the equipment’s heating assembly. The radiant works with the burner system to spread heat toward the cooking surface during operation.
