The Bakers Pride R3015P Oven Spud Assembly is a #4 spud component used in selected Bakers Pride bake ovens, including 401 and 451 models. It forms part of the burner and gas-delivery arrangement, working with the related spud holder and orifice components during oven operation. This assembly is supplied without an orifice, allowing the appropriate blank orifice to be prepared according to the equipment requirements. Its compact construction makes it suitable for installation within commercial baking equipment where the R3015P specification is required.
