Description
The Cleveland KE50972-B Steam 2 Draw-Off Valve controls the release of liquid from a commercial steam kettle or similar cooking vessel. Turning the knob moves the internal piston within the valve body, opening or restricting the passage through which the kettle contents are discharged. The assembly uses a 2-inch draw-off connection and includes a piston, retainer, O-rings, knob, and valve body. It mounts at the vessel’s draw-off outlet, providing a manually operated path for draining liquids during food preparation or cleaning.
