The Garland 2405100 Griddle Dual Solenoid Gas Valve regulates natural gas flow from the supply line to the burner manifold through electrically controlled valve passages. When the griddle control circuit sends 24V to the solenoids, the internal valves open or close according to the heating demand, controlling fuel delivery to the burner sections. This assembly operates at 24V, 60Hz and uses 3/8" FPT inlet and dual outlet connections.
