Description
The Garland CK2113600 High Limit Thermostat is a temperature safety control used in compatible commercial fryer equipment. It features a 24-inch capillary tube, a 5-1/4" x 1/4" sensing bulb, and a fixed temperature setting of 430°F. During operation, the thermostat monitors heat levels and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset limit is reached. Its automatic reset function allows the control to return to normal operation after temperatures fall back within the required range. This thermostat can be referenced when servicing fryer equipment experiencing high-temperature shutdowns, faulty temperature sensing, or problems with the existing safety control.
