Description
The Garland G0894-01 Oven Thermostat provides precise temperature control for compatible commercial oven equipment. This thermostat includes a 187" D-stem, dial, 1 mount, and a 3/16" x 11" bulb with a 42" capillary. Rated for a 175–550°F temperature range, it senses oven temperature and regulates the heating cycle to maintain the selected setting.
