Description
The General Electric WE22X32178 Dryer Chassis & Board Assembly manages electronics while providing structural support for connected dryer components. This assembly combines the electronic board with its chassis, allowing the board to remain properly positioned within the dryer and communicate with designated electrical components. During operation, the board receives signals from sensors, switches, and the user interface, then sends electrical signals to related components according to the selected drying cycle. Proper operation supports cycle timing, heating, motor operation, and other programmed based on the dryer configuration. Replacing a faulty assembly can address unresponsive irregular cycles, error conditions, or failure to operate. This replacement part is designed for compatible General Electric dryer models and restores the intended electronic operation of the appliance.
