Job Description
Counsel students and candidates regarding career and educational opportunities.
Understand individual interests, skills, qualifications, and career goals.
Provide guidance on suitable courses, colleges, and career paths.
Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions through phone or in person.
Follow up with students and maintain regular communication.
Maintain student records and counseling reports.
Coordinate with admission and academic teams.
Support students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets when applicable.
Eligibility
Any Degree / Diploma.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of education and career options.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
