Position: Site Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and other teams.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills:
Good communication and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of construction/site operations.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: 1–3 Years
