The Imperial 1040 Flat Edge IR Burner 28-5/8" X 9" Top is an infrared burner used in commercial broilers and cheesemelters. Its flat-edge construction incorporates a ceramic cooking area measuring 27-1/4" x 7-3/8", while the overall assembly extends 30-1/2" with the venturi. This Imperial infrared burner is associated with ICMA and ISB series equipment, including selected commercial broiler models.
