Description
The LG AJB73816008 Washing Machine Stator Assembly generates the magnetic field needed to drive the washer drum during operation. This assembly is part of the direct-drive motor system and works with the rotor to create rotational movement without a conventional belt. When electrical current passes through the stator windings, magnetic fields interact with the rotor magnets, causing the drum to rotate during washing, rinsing, and spinning cycles. Proper stator operation supports consistent drum movement and effective cycle operation. Replacing a faulty assembly can address symptoms such as drum movement problems, unusual motor behavior, or failure to spin. This replacement part is designed for compatible LG washing machine models and restores the motor’s intended operating function.
