The Middleby Marshall 73287 Oven Burner Motor is a clockwise motor used in compatible commercial oven burner blower assemblies. Operating at 115V with a 0.95-amp rating and 3000 RPM speed, it drives the connected blower wheel to move air through the burner assembly. The motor’s rotation is specified when viewed from the motor end toward the blower wheel. Its electrical connection and shaft movement work with the surrounding burner components to maintain the required airflow during oven operation and support the combustion process within the burner system.
