Description
The Antunes 7000249 Platen Sheets provide a removable surface between food and the heated platen in compatible commercial cooking equipment. Each sheet covers the platen area during operation, reducing direct contact between food residue and the heated metal surface. The 12.5" x 33" sheets are supplied as a 3-pack and are replaced when worn or after the recommended usage period. Positioned directly over the platen, they remain part of the food preparation surface during cooking.
