The Royal Range 3112 Oven Safety Thermostat monitors oven temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the sensed temperature reaches its preset limit. After the temperature falls to the thermostat’s reset point, the automatic reset allows the circuit to return to its normal operating state. This LCCM thermostat uses a capillary sensing tube measuring 36 inches in length and has a maximum temperature setting of 450°F. The sensing bulb is positioned inside the oven compartment, while the control mounts within the equipment’s control assembly.
