Description
The Samsung DC97-17037E Washer Drum Assembly provides the rotating wash chamber where clothes are held during washing and spinning cycles. Designed for compatible washing machine models, this assembly is positioned inside the outer tub and connects with the drive system that rotates the drum. During operation, the motor transfers rotational movement through the drive components, causing the drum to turn and move the clothing through water and detergent. During the spin cycle, the drum rotates at higher speed to extract excess water from the load. Replacing a damaged or worn drum assembly can restore proper rotation and support consistent washer operation. Its fitted design provides a practical replacement for compatible models requiring this specific drum assembly.
