Software for Production Monitoring

Software for production monitoring shows plant leadership the state of equipment, cycle times and scrap across every shift. Relying on operator logs at the end of the day means managers learn about problems after the cost has already landed. Sensor integration captures exact machine states and alerts teams to micro-stoppages right away. Soft Designers builds software for production monitoring that links shop floor devices to executive dashboards to help raise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
