Description
The Southbend 1099002 Gas Griddle Pilot Adjustment Valve controls the gas supply reaching the pilot burner on compatible commercial griddles. Turning the adjustment stem changes the internal gas passage, allowing the pilot flame level to be set according to the equipment specification. The valve has a 1/8" MPT inlet and a 1/4" CCT outlet for connection to the pilot gas tubing.
