Kerone Research & Development Centre (KRDC) provides spray dryer pilot trials for evaluating and optimizing drying processes for liquids, solutions, emulsions and other suitable feed materials. The trials help industries study important operating conditions such as feed characteristics, drying temperature, airflow and process performance to achieve the desired moisture level and product quality. KRDC supports product development, formulation evaluation, process optimization and scale-up studies, helping industries assess spray drying feasibility before commercial production. Trial results and technical recommendations can be used to select suitable process conditions and improve drying efficiency, consistency and overall product performance.
