The TurboChef ENC3050 Oven Door Switch Assembly is used in compatible TurboChef commercial ovens to monitor the oven door position during operation. The assembly contains door switches mounted within the oven door-switch mechanism, where they respond to door opening and closing. Switch signals are transmitted to the oven control system to coordinate cooking operation according to the door position.
