The Vulcan Hart 00-719257-00012 Black Knob is a 2-1/2-inch control knob with Off-On markings for compatible commercial cooking equipment. The knob mounts onto the equipment control shaft and provides a visible grip for selecting the associated control position. Its black body and marked face allow the selected setting to be identified during operation. A set screw secures the knob to its mounting point.
