We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Business Requirements Analysis Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct meetings, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes. Process Analysis & Improvement Analyze existing business processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend practical and cost-effective solutions. Develop process maps, flowcharts, and business models. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role. Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, process analysis, BRD/FRD documentation, and stakeholder management. Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
