Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Record customer interactions and update customer details.
Follow up with customers when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
