We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, generate business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service. Candidates with strong customer-handling experience are preferred.
