Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Data Processing Executive to manage, update, verify, and process company data accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
Process and organize large volumes of information.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
Perform data validation and identify errors or missing information.
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
Handle MS Excel, Word, email, and other office software.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Coordinate with other departments for data-related requirements.
Complete assigned data processing tasks within deadlines.
Requirements:
Any degree or relevant qualification.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
