We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach English language and literature, develop students' communication skills, and create an engaging and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and effective classroom management abilities. Prepare and conduct tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations. Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Identify learning gaps and develop appropriate improvement plans. Communication Skills Development Improve students' spoken and written English skills. Conduct activities such as debates, group discussions, presentations, and reading sessions. Encourage students to develop confidence in using English. Support students in improving pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, or a related field. B.Ed. is preferred or required depending on the institution and applicable norms. 0–3 years of teaching experience. Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
