Job Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and applicable regulations.
Prepare project presentations, 3D models, and design documentation.
Review construction progress and ensure work follows approved designs.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
Assist with material selection, specifications, and project estimation.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.
Good understanding of building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.
