A Civil CAD Software Trainer educates students and professionals on drafting and modeling programs used in civil engineering and construction. They deliver classroom instruction, guide learners through real-world projects, assess student performance, and prepare candidates for industry placements. Responsibilities Deliver Instruction: Conduct in-person or online training on Civil CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD. Pro, and Civil 3D).Curriculum Development: Prepare lesson plans, training manuals, exercises, and assessments. Project Mentoring: Guide learners through real-world, live projects to build their portfolios. Student Evaluation: Assess progress, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback. Career Support: Assist students with resume building, technical interview preparation, and job placement. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD. Pro, ETABS, Navisworks, or related CAD/BIM tools. Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
