We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Officer to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets through calls and follow-ups. Responsibilities: • Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels. • Explain products and services to prospective customers. • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. • Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer records. • Achieve assigned sales targets. • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams. Skills: • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. • Customer relationship management. • Lead generation and follow-up skills. • Basic computer knowledge. • Ability to work towards targets.
