WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are hiring detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliation activities. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables when required. Support payroll-related accounting activities and expense tracking. Assist with tax-related documentation and statutory compliance requirements. Verify accounting entries and ensure proper supporting documentation. Assist senior accountants and management during audits and financial reviews. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned. Required Skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures. Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance. B.Com, M.Com, or a related accounting/finance qualification preferred.
