WE ARE HIRING SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to identify and convert potential customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels. Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements. Present and explain company products/services to customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements within company guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required. Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate. Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM software. Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident. Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
