Description
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and user accounts. The candidate should ensure smooth, secure, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and server health.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform regular system updates, patches, backups, and maintenance.
Maintain Windows/Linux operating systems and related applications.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Monitor system security and implement basic security measures.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and networking requirements.
Respond to system failures and resolve technical issues within a reasonable time.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and VPN.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of system security, antivirus, and backup procedures.
Familiarity with Active Directory and user management is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
