Description
The Whirlpool WP8528278 Washer Fabric Softener Dispenser releases fabric softener at the appropriate stage of the wash cycle for even distribution. This replacement dispenser holds the softener and releases it into the washer as the selected cycle progresses, reducing manual dispensing and providing consistent fabric care. Proper softener distribution can leave clothes feeling softer and reduce uneven application. A worn, cracked, or clogged dispenser may cause restricted flow, residue buildup, or uneven dispensing. Replacing the dispenser restores proper softener delivery for compatible Whirlpool washer models. It provides a practical replacement when the original dispenser is damaged or no longer functions correctly. Proper installation ensures accurate placement and smooth softener release throughout the wash cycle.
