Whirlpool WP8572270 Dryer Lint Screen Filter

The Whirlpool WP8572270 Dryer Lint Screen Filter captures lint and fabric particles to maintain proper dryer airflow and consistent drying. This replacement lint screen fits into the dryer’s designated filter area, where its mesh surface collects lint released from clothes as warm air moves through the drum. Effective lint collection supports steady airflow and can reduce drying time caused by restricted ventilation. A clogged or damaged screen may limit airflow and affect drying results. Replacing the screen restores proper lint filtration and airflow. Suitable for compatible Whirlpool dryer models, this component provides a practical replacement for a worn or damaged lint screen. Regular cleaning maintains effective lint collection during drying cycles.
