Whirlpool WPW10350906 Dryer Door Switch

The Whirlpool WPW10350906 door switch helps control dryer operation by detecting whether the door is properly closed. Installed near the dryer door, this switch responds to the door position and allows the appliance to operate when the door is closed, while interrupting operation when it is opened. A properly functioning switch supports safe and reliable dryer performance by helping prevent the drum and other components from running with the door open. Replacing a faulty, worn, or damaged switch can restore normal dryer operation when the appliance does not start or stops unexpectedly. This replacement component is designed for select dryer models and should be checked for compatibility before installation to ensure proper fit and electrical connection.
